DESCRIPTION:

FX-735 Emergency Epoxy is a moisture-sensitive, rapid setting, two component, 1:1 ratio epoxy adhesive. FX-735 sets in six minutes and can be put into service in one hour regardless of temperature. FX-735 Emergency Epoxy was designed to bond metals, glass, concrete and wood in a matter of minutes.

WHERE TO USE:

FX-735 Emergency Epoxy is excellent for repairing burst pipes, tanks and the like which contain liquid or gases. The rapid set of the material seals, cracks, and bonds broken pieces of metal and concrete.

MIXING:

FX-735 Emergency Epoxy is thick paste. The "A" Component is white and the "B" Component is black. When mixed properly a medium gray paste is developed. This paste must be used in five minutes, therefore, never mix more than is usable in five minutes. Mix is a simple one to one volume ratio. FX-735 Emergency Epoxy can be applied vertically or overhead. FX-735 goes on very well with hand troweling. In cold weather, the material sets slower; in warm weather the material sets faster.

APPLICATION:

This system can be used in chemical and power plants, and in transportation systems, for immediate repairs. Typically, two (2) pints are mixed and placed as a plug or troweled over the area to be repaired.

LIMITATIONS:

Use only the amount that can be applied in five (5) minutes.

CAUTION:

"A" COMPONENT - FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY! WARNING! May cause skin sensitization or other allergic response. Avoid inhalation of vapor. Use good ventilation. Prevent contact with skin and eyes. If skin is contacted, wash immediately with soap and water. If eyes are contacted, flush immediately with water and consult a physician. SPI CLASS 2 IRRITANT.

"B" Component - In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Call a physician. Wash clothing before reuse. ANSI Class 2 IRRITANT.
