DESCRIPTION:

FX-V JET SET FLEX LV is a two component low viscosity hydrophobic polyurethane material formulated for grouting joints or stopping leaks in concrete structures. FX-V JET SET FLEX LV forms a flexible gasket or flexible plug in the joint or crack. In its uncured form, FX-V JET SET FLEX LV is a pale non-flammable liquid. When it comes in contact with water the grout expands and quickly (depending on temperature and on the amount of FX-V JET SET ACCELERATOR used) cures to a tough, flexible closed cell polyurethane foam that is essentially unaffected by corrosive environments.

MIXING:

FX-V JET SET ACCELERATOR is added at rate of up to 5% by weight or volume. This equals up to 8 fluid ounces of accelerator per gallon of FX-V JET SET The accelerator can be added to the water or the FX-V JET SET. Stir in the accelerator for two minutes, then use immediately.

PACKAGING:

FX-V JET SET—5 gallon metal pails, with flexspout, filled & sealed under dry nitrogen. FX-V JET SET ACCELERATOR—1/2 gallon bottle. (Shake well before using)

SHELF LIFE:

Six (6) months

LIMITATIONS:

Store in dry area using original Resealable Containers.

CAUTION:

WARNING! Contains Polymeric Isocynate. Harmful if inhaled. Causes skin irritation. May cause allergic respiratory reaction. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and water and flush eyes with water for at least fifteen (15) minutes. Keep container closed.
