FX-VII Jet Set
DESCRIPTION:
FX-VII Jet Set is a rigid two component closed cell foam impervious to water and moisture. FX-VII Jet Set can be used where foam is needed to fill voids in concrete and timber materials.
ADVANTAGES:
- Convenient 1:1 by volume mix ratio for ease in mixing and proportioning at the jobsite.
- Expands upon curing to produce good penetration into voids, splits, and crevices.
- Forms a High Strength impervious foam.
- Can be used to stabilize soil.
- Fills voids under concrete slabs.
- Ideal to use for timber repair.

APPLICATION:
For best results, use FX-Jet Set Hand Pump or Air Driven Plural Component Pump to pump FX-VII Jet Set into area where material is to be used. Pump through a static mixer at a 1A to 1B by volume ratio. Can be mixed by mechanical means and poured into void if it can be mixed and poured in less than 1 minute.
YIELD:
One (1) gallon of FX-VII Jet Set will produce six (6) to seven (7) gallons of material in an unconfined space.
PACKAGING:
Two (2) gallon units and ten (10) gallon units
LIMITATIONS:
Use in temperatures above 45°F. Do not pour or pump into water.
CAUTION:
"A" Component WARNING! Avoid contact and breathing vapors especially if heated or sprayed. May be Harmful if inhaled. May cause skin irritation. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes.
"B" Component WARNING! POLYMERIC ISOCYANATE. Harmful if inhaled. Causes skin irritation. May cause allergic respiratory reaction. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and water and flush eyes with water for at least fifteen (15) minutes. Keep container closed.
