FX-435 Waterbased Concrete Sealer

DESCRIPTION:

FX-435 Waterbased Concrete Sealer provides a tough abrasion resistant surface for concrete floors.The surface has a great glossy look and remains dust free. FX-435 has superior adhesion to already coated floors and has built-in water repellency. An easy, one-step application provides years of protection.

WHERE TO USE:

Interior concrete floors, industrial and architectural.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

Viscosity	50 cps
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)	1.0 Lb/ Gal
Curing Time at 75°F	To Recoat: 2 hours
50% Relative Humidity	For Light Traffic - 4 hours

SURFACE PREPERATION:

Remove all dirt, grease or oil; remove any loose scale or rust. Water blasting is needed only where severe dirt is present.

COVERAGE:

200 to 300 square feet per gallon, depending on surface. Allow for overspray and surface irregularities.

SHELF LIFE:

1 year at recommended storage temperatures

APPLICATION:

Stir before using. Apply by lambswool, spray, roller or brush.

CLEAN UP:

Clean all equipment immediately after use with water. Use of mild detergent will help.

PACKAGING:

1 and 5 gallon pails.

LIMITATIONS:

Do not dilute for use. Store between minimum 45°F and maximum 95°F. Shelf life 1 year at recommended storage temperatures.

CAUTION:

Protect from freezing. Wash after handling.
