DESCRIPTION:
FX-Bond Crete is a modified latex liquid admixture. It is designed to improve the bond of portland cement concrete toppings, thin-sets, patches, leveling courses, slush coats, stucco; and to improve the "hang" of vertically applied flash coats. Meets the requirements of ASTM C-1059, Type II for latex bonding agents.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The areas to receive FX-Bond Crete should be free of dirt, dust, grease, and laitance. It is recommended that the area be waterblasted or sandblasted prior to application.
APPLICATION:
When used as a bonding agent FX-Bond Crete should be applied to a damp or dry surface. Concrete or mortar should be placed while FX-Bond Crete is still wet. If FX-Bond Crete is allowed to dry, a second coat application should be applied.
COVERAGE:
Apply at the rate of approximately 200 to 250 sq. ft. per gallon, depending upon surface texture.
PACKAGING:
FX-Bond Crete is available in 5 gallon and 55 gallon containers.
Shelf Life: Unlimited, if stored between 32°F and 85°F.
CAUTION:
FX-Bond Crete is a waterbased product and does not contain harmful toxic solvents. Care should be taken to avoid contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists contact a physician. For skin contact wash thoroughly with soap and water.
